Setting up Shop

After some hard work and time spent, I have finally rounded up my favorite photos which I have taken throughout the last few years. I started with the website called VIDA which the website found here : https://shopvida.com/collections/casey-mcclintic : I started with this because Vida flagged me down to design with them. I began with Tote bags to start with and then I began to design other things but I never spent much time on the project as a whole. I instead, focused on expanding my service to everyone in hopes to make more money in that way.
After a few months, something happened that I didn’t expect; I started to make sales. I started to pay more attention to this project due to the surplus of money. I wanted to expand this project as far as I could. The biggest complaint I had was, the cost was too high with Vida and I realized the profit to myself was very little. I started to research ways to bring costs down and profits higher, especially since my family were purchasing my works. I didn’t want them to spend an arm and a leg.
Now I am here working with Redbubble. Offering way more products at a much lower price. I have an increased margin for profit as well. This new shop can be found here : https://www.redbubble.com/people/jcvphotographs : with this new shop I also started a new Instagram to market my collection for increased sales. As a photographer, this move has been better in many regards. Only time will tell if JCV will make more money, but the project has been more fulfilling.
